The location has a large patio with high tables for 2 and a dining room. They specialize in cold cuts and cheese with high quality products. Service is great and the server even recommended that we order a smaller selection since that dish was too large for two. They have wines and beer on tap. The food was excellent and I'd recommend the plate with 4 meats and 3 cheeses for a party of 3 @€17 and the larger plate @ €25 for a party of 3-4. Excellent food!

We needed to wait 5 minutes at lunchtime. Once seated we had the friendliest waiter in Bologna. He was professional and gave good advice. We had as a starter il tortellino di pane one classic (filled with mortadella) one with ragù. Both tasty 😋. My favourite the one with ragù. Then we had roastbeef with rocca and parmigiano on top. It was good, it expected a bit juicyness in the roastbeef, in my opinion it was slightly dry. But then the tagliere, so good, mortadella prosciutto crudo my favourites. A must try. As a drink the spritz bolognese was recommend, my friend liked it, I didn't. I think I need either the sweet version with aperol or the bitter version with select. This in between is not my taste.

We came here specifically after watching the Bologna episode of Stanley Tucci's Searching for Italy, and we were not disappointed! The tortellino di pane was absolutely outstanding, the platter of cheeses and cured meats was incredibly generous, and the pane ripieno was delicious. A special thank you to our waiter, Daniil. He was attentive, welcoming, and took the time to explain each type of cheese and cured meat in detail. It was a pleasure talking with him, and his recommendations made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return the next time we are in Bologna, and we will gladly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit this wonderful city!

The location is quite charming, and we were immediately welcomed by the waitress, a very friendly and kind young man. He even made recommendations for us and explained the origin of each aperitivo. Everything tasted great! We really had a great time. We ordered one platter to share, and it was perfect for two people.

It is situated very close to Piazza Maggiore. Food was amazing, the prices are reasonable. The best thing was the atmosphere :) the whole street has nice bussy italian vibe

What a perfect way to start off our first lunch on our first full day in Bologna. Only taking about a second to walk here from Piazza Maggiore (the main square) it is brilliantly located. I went to this place last time I was here, and returned with my family to take them here, thankful it was still there. There were 4 of us eating (2 of us had the bressiola, 1 had the turkey and 1 had the focaccia of the day) which was the perfect group size for this place. Service was relatively quick and all the staff were very friendly. They also serve delicious sandwiches which I had last time I was here.

A amazing place to experience the meats and cheeses of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy! Had an amazing charcuterie board with different meats and cheeses from the region! Excellent spot for aperitivo. Highly recommend a stop here!
