Came for a nights accommodation and stayed extra to enjoy more of the genuinely welcoming staff and amazing food in a farmhouse setting. Do yourself the favour of booking dinner and lunch, it was a feast to remember with plenty of homemade products. Thank you Annalisa for the friendly visit, we hope to come back!

We arrived at 14:30 after lunch and the receptionist catered for us as we were hungry which was nice. The rooms were nice and large, the staff were friendly. There's nothing around for miles so you kinda of have to eat here. It's a set menu of 7 courses so theres no choice in food. Personally I only enjoyed 2 of the 7 dishes which was €40.20 per person. The location is remote with no nearby village situated only near a castle within driving distance. The rooms were nice and it was chilled. Personally 1 night was enough for me in this location. The house wine was enjoyable at €15 per bottle and the views were good.

When googling, I chose it for a masserie with an ideal proximity to Castel del Monte. However, there’s way more to it, because the dinner we had, the wine we tasted and in general, the welcoming, were truly wonderful. Top place to stay for more than a day. The only bit it lacks to perfection - condition of the rooms. It is not bad or anything, yet due to natural area’s humidity, it just demands for extra maintenance, especially the walls.

We stayed at Masseria Zucaro for one night, and the experience was excellent. The Masseria has been carefully restored, maintaining its local characteristics, with great attention to detail and a beautiful taste. The dinner was amazing, with tasteful food prepared using ingredients from their own garden and wine made on-site. For breakfast, they serve delicious locally sourced products in a lovely setting. The service is excellent, warm, and personal."

My husband and I stayed at Masseria Zucaro for one night on our Honeymoon when traveling from Positano to Puglia and one day was definitely not enough! We had an absolutely wonderful time and were welcomed with open arms and warm heart. First, the location and property were absolutely GORGEOUS. I was stunned with the level of detail and design that was put into every space. We showed up a little early and Annalisa and Mariella took us to a very cool winery in town. When we returned to the farm, we were greeted back with the best Gin and Tonic I have ever had. We also had a delicious 6 course meal prepared by their lovely staff. We enjoyed some wine in the back over looking the castle and vineyards after dinner. There is also a hot tub but sadly didn't have enough time to enjoy it! I believe they are also putting in a pool soon :) definitely book your stay here, we wished we could have stayed longer!! I can't wait to return, even in the short period of time we stayed, we felt so well taken care of. So relaxing. Thank you Masseria Zucaro!!!

We had a wonderful time with Annalisa, the owner of the masseria, on a sunny spring day. It was idyllic! Annalisa shared her focaccia recipe and her passion for wines with us, she was such a great host ! I particularly like her taste (food, wine but also how she decorated the masseria), her company (a mix of simplicity and warmth) and knowledge of the plants on the property. I strongly recommend this place and host. Thanks Annalisa for sharing such an intimate experience on my birthday 🥳
